Part-Time Medical Contact Center HR Human Resources Associate

We are enthusiastic about expanding our team, which has created the need for a part time HR Associate! Opportunity exists to increase to full-time as we grow.

• Help achieve Chagrin Answering LLC growth and customer service objectives by creatively contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive customer service culture for a team of mostly remote Medical Call Center Agents.
• Create and maintain recruitment advertising, assist with employee selection process, onboarding, coaching, and incentive program to achieve Agent goals in performance and maintaining a positive customer and patient experience.
• Maintain a program of attendance records, disciplinary actions, objective plans, and agent deselection process.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to create and maintain a performance appraisal system for all employees.
• Work with Agents and the Management Team to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
• Run database reports to calculate Agent worktime for payroll hours.
• Positive attitude and working relationship with the Agent & Management Team - set an example through performance and behavior.
• Advanced Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Utilize call center data to generate weekly Agent schedule.
