Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Marketing
- Tenant relations
- Tenant retention
- Property inspections
- Work order and maintenance supervision
- Supervise and train property staff
- Effectively communicate with property owners
- Assist staff with administrative duties including preparation of bank deposits in AppFolio
Qualifications:
- Real estate broker license or ability to secure such in short period of time
- Previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants, vendors, site managers and property owners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
