Brault is a practice management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. Privately-held and family-owned, Brault has been in business for 33 years with headquarters in San Dimas, California.

Our organization is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be able to coordinate multiple projects at once. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to develop project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project activities and resources.
• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Identify and resolve any project issues and risks.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• 2+ years of PMO experience
• PMP Certification desired
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification desired
