Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing documents, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
