Landscape Maintenance, or Install Technician, or Irrigation Technician – Local Landscape Companies– Colorado Springs – $16.00-$25.00+/hour depending on experience and position
Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
Landscape Maintenance:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.
- Monitor and maintain plant health, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Seasonal clean-ups and debris removal to keep landscapes looking pristine.
Landscape Installation:
- Assist in the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features according to design plans.
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to bring landscape designs to life.
- Ensure proper soil preparation and planting techniques.
Irrigation System Installation and Maintenance:
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions to optimize water efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to educate them on irrigation system usage and water conservation.
Hardscape Maintenance:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Assist in the installation of new hardscape elements as needed.
Client Communication:
- Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information on landscape maintenance schedules, irrigation practices, and answer client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, installation, and irrigation.
- Knowledge of local plant species, horticultural practices, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
