ABOUT VERDURE ELEMENTS (WRIGHT OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS): Verdure Elements is a premier plant design company for beauty inside and out. We provide the most complete package of residential and commercial interior plantscaping, exterior seasonal color rotation and interior holiday decor.

JOB SUMMARY: The Interior Plant Care Technician is responsible for servicing interior plant displays with great precision and efficiency, promoting a clean worksite, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:

  • Service interior plant displays, flower and replica foliage on specified days

  • Water, prune and groom plants, identifying insect and disease problems

  • Ensure the client site is clean and orderly throughout the visit, leaving no water, waste or debris behind

  • Maintain work vehicle and tools to be clean, organized, and operational on a daily basis

  • Communicate with Service Leader regularly to inform them of any concerns or needs

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one

  • Horticultural experience preferred

  • Must be dependable, punctual and have a strong work ethic

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time

  • Must be detail oriented and have good communication skills

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times

  • Ability to read and interpret daily work orders

  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
