Job description

We are currently seeking a new team member to join our Interior Landscaping Team as an Interior Landscaping Technician. This is a part-time, (10-15 hours per week) year-round position with flexible hours, focused on maintaining tropical plants at our clients' offices and businesses around the Richmond area.


If you have a passion for plants, a talent for making things look beautiful and don't mind a little dirt along the way, this may be the job you are looking for.


Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for tropical plants at various client locations.
- Water, fertilize, prune, and clean plants to ensure they stay healthy and beautiful.
- Inspect plants regularly to guarantee they meet our high standards of quality and replace when needed.
- Transport yourself and supplies to various client offices and businesses.
- Bend and lift heavy plants (up to 35 lbs.) on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

- Physical ability to bend, lift, and perform plant maintenance tasks.
- Prior plant care experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
