We are seeking a foundational field leader for a growing commercial interiors firm, taking direct ownership of high-profile FF&E installations. This role is designed for a "lead from the front" professional who thrives on traveling to premier locations and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Job Duties
- Direct the daily installation of Hotel Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. (FF&E)
- Lead and work alongside field crews to maintain a high-performance environment rooted in accountability and safety.
- Interpret shop drawings and elevations to guide the precise layout and alignment of hangables including Mirrors, Artwork, Headboards, and Televisions.
- Coordinate directly with General Contractors and site supervisors to resolve logistical conflicts and maintain strict project timelines.
- Oversee the handling of all FF&E including specialized materials to prevent onsite damage and ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including manpower tracking, material inspections, and safety meeting documentation.
- Mentor junior installers by demonstrating efficient workflows and fostering a culture of professional growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within Hotel FF&E installation.
- Proven ability to lead large crews and execute complex technical work.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings, details, and construction specifications.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to project sites across the country.
- Strong physical capability to lift 75-100 lbs and work comfortably at heights on active jobsites.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with major hotel renovations and high-end vacation properties.
- Proven track record of tracking labor productivity and job costing in a field environment.
- Ability to communicate in both English and spanish

Salary/Pay Rate: $80K to $98K per year (Based on experience)
Location: Phoenix AZ (70% Travel Required).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.
