Customer Success Manager, Core Business

Join our team at Boats Group as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll play a vital role in retaining and growing our client base in the exciting world of recreational boating. As a full-time Retention Sales Consultant, you'll leverage your consultative sales skills to foster strong relationships with our customers, driving revenue and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in your assigned territory, focusing on retention and expansion of their digital footprint.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring our solutions align with their objectives.
- Incorporate data insights into client conversations to drive revenue and demonstrate the ROI of our product suite.
- Meet monthly revenue and sales targets, while educating clients on our evolving product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximize sales channel success.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in customer retention and growing wallet share, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional listening skills with a knack for translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce, with strong computer literacy.
