Job summary
Pack all warehouse orders for delivery maintaining a safe and respectful customer oriented environment.
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack product for delivery according to standard packing guidelines to meet customer requirements.
- Verify items to be packed match the packing slip.
- Qty
- Unit of Measure
- Item
- Match labels to Packing slip
- Package orders
- Ensure heavy/large items on bottom, small/light items on top
- Follow customer specific requirements
- Document and report discrepancies
- Identify Non Conforming Product and submit to Supervisor
- Ensure all orders are packed daily
Required Qualifications:
- Can lift a minimum of 30+ lbs
- Able to be on feet for 8+ hours
- Attentive to detail
- Basic math skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to read and understand English
- Able to operate scanner
- Understanding of Unit of Measure
- Willing to follow instructions
- Dependable/Reliable
