Job Description
Role
As an Injection Mold Setter/Jr. Process Technician (also known as Mold Technician, Process Operator), you'll be responsible for mold changes, machine operations, and set-ups. You'll also ensure safety, maintain cleanliness, and maximize uptime on all machine centers. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot the injection molding process, document process parameters, and drive the reduction of scrap through corrective action.

- High School Diploma or GED required, degree a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience setting molds and/or troubleshooting injection molding preferred.
- Knowledge of set-up for injection molding machines and proficiency in tool/die/mold setup, mechanical troubleshooting, and injection molding.
