Residential Construction Supervisor

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure the successful completion of high end custom residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and possess excellent supervisory skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Help manage and supervise residential construction projects from inception to completion

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

- Utilize construction management software to track project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Implement OSHA regulations and safety protocols on job sites

- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure quality workmanship

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in construction management practices and blueprint reading

- Timeliness

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction

- Ability to supervise construction teams effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
