We're on the lookout for an experienced BIM Manager in Longwood, Florida, to lead our BIM team of 5 professionals. If you're well-versed in Trimble, Revit, and Navisworks and have a track record in healthcare and higher education projects, read on!

Position Overview:

As our BIM Manager, you'll oversee BIM processes and technology, optimizing project efficiency and quality. You'll lead a team of 5, shaping our BIM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Leadership: Guide and mentor our team of 5 BIM professionals for their growth.

2. Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and engineers, ensuring BIM tasks align with project goals.

3. Software Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of Trimble, Revit, and Navisworks for efficient modeling and coordination.

4. Quality Assurance: Enforce BIM standards, best practices, and quality control processes for accurate models and data.

5. Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary meetings, resolving model clashes, and promoting collaboration.

6. Documentation: Maintain BIM standards and generate progress reports.

7. Training: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance team skills.

8. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with BIM tech trends and recommend new tools for productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years as a BIM Manager with leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Trimble, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Experience in healthcare and higher education projects a plus.
  • Strong in BIM standards and MEP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
