We are seeking a Construction Manager - National Construction to join our team! You will oversee project management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Managing projects directly, as well as setting up for project managers
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of projects - Issue Purchase Orders and Review Scopes
- Assemble all preconstruction documents required
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Allocate resources for assigned projects in coordination with Operations Manager
- Ensure all project managers are submitting project documents properly and customer deliverables are being met
- Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (Minimum 2 Years)
- Preferably asphalt and/or concrete experience
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
