**Position Overview:** 

We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Associates to grow our flagship retail location.  As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our brand through customer service and sales.  You'll have the opportunity to introduce the brand to the world, foster a culture of creativity and excellence, work with fashion and entertainment industry icons, and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers by offering personalized assistance, education on the brand, product knowledge, and styling advice.

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences to recommend products and create relationships.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our “chapters” (the deeper story and reason behind each design) and designs, including materials, construction, and design elements, to effectively communicate their value to customers.

- Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising to showcase our products in an appealing and attractive manner.

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accurate product availability on the sales floor.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities.

**Requirements:**

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, maintain clientele, and provide outstanding service.

- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining inventory.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
