Job Summary: Work in a thriving, fast-paced, luxury environment to assist clients with purchasing a new or pre-owned Lincoln vehicle.  Lincoln is one of the fastest growing luxury brands in the area with a rapidly evolving line up of vehicles, and Ourisman is one of the top dealers in the Washington region.  Applicants should understand what it means to provide accurate and timely communication to customers and be effective at multi-tasking so that all clients' needs are met.  Upward mobility is also possible for high achievers who demonstrate the ability to earn high customer satisfaction marks and deliver above sales expectations.  Previous sales experience is not required, but certainly valued.  Management involvement and specialized training on new opportunities will help any well-qualified, hard-working applicant succeed.

  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Luxury Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
