At BRAVAS, we transform homes into extraordinary living experiences. As the nation’s #1 luxury technology integrator, we design and deliver premium solutions - lighting, shades, A/V, networking, home automation, and more, that make life effortless, beautiful, and connected.
We partner with homeowners, architects, builders, and designers on some of the most spectacular homes in the country. And we’re growing.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Luxury Sales Executive to own high-value relationships and drive growth in San Francisco. This is a senior-level role for an experienced sales professional who thrives in the luxury market, understands the language of premium design/build, and can position BRAVAS as the trusted partner for clients and collaborators alike.
You’ll build deep relationships, shape long-term accounts, and deliver elevated client experiences, helping us set the standard for smart living in the luxury space.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth: Build and expand relationships with builders, architects, and designers in your territory.
  • Close business: Manage the full sales cycle for high-value accounts, from first meeting through signed contract.
  • Consult and advise: Guide clients through complex, premium technology solutions with a focus on design, function, and lifestyle.
  • Manage key accounts: Own relationships with high-value clients, from first meeting through long-term service.
  • Lead strategy: Identify growth opportunities, craft territory plans, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate: Partner with project managers, design teams, and executive leadership to ensure flawless execution.
  • Be the expert: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technology, and competitor offerings to position BRAVAS as the authority in the luxury space.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven sales success in luxury residential, design/build, or related industries (AV, smart home, interior design, or high-end real estate preferred).
  • Strong network of builder, architect, and designer relationships—or the ability to build them quickly.
  • A consultative sales style: you listen first, identify needs, and craft solutions that elevate client lifestyles.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with high-touch clients.
  • Confidence in presenting and closing six-figure+ deals.
  • A passion for design and technology and how the two come together to create exceptional experiences.
Bravas Benefits:
  • Premium projects: You’ll sell into the luxury market, custom estates, second homes, and design-forward projects.
  • Big impact: As a senior sales leader, your results will directly shape revenue and client experience in your territory.
  • Collaborative culture: Work with a team that values both professionalism and fun.
  • Rewards that match performance: Competitive base + commission ($80-$85,000/year), medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
