Total Earning Potential (Salary Rate plus commissions/ bonus):

  • Year One: $50,000 - $100,000.
  • Year Two and Beyond: $100,000+.
  • Top Performers: Up to $275,000 annually.
  • Performance-based bonuses available—earn up to $4,000 in your first year!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
  • College degree a plus but not required.
  • High School diploma required (GED).
  • Personable, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN.
  • Strong sales techniques and a history of meeting quotas.
  • Excellent phone skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of jewelry, watches, or collectibles (a plus).
