Accounting Compliance Auditor

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Auditor to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processes, including auditing complex pay structures such as commissions. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant college degree, a minimum of 2 years of auditing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math skills, and the ability to take initiative in driving process improvements.

As an Accounting Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, performing manual calculations, and translating pay plans to ensure our employees are compensated correctly. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing up audit findings and collaborating with various teams to implement necessary changes. This position is essential in minimizing financial risks and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

This position offers a 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off.
