• Prospect and cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present and explain insurance policies and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience & P&C licensed
• Sales background-will need to produce sales reports
• Able to work in-office (Norman, OK)
• Bilingual in Spanish
