VP of Technology

At Journey Health & Lifestyle, we are building a high growth, modern direct to consumer healthcare products company. We are looking for a Vice President of Technology to expand the capabilities of our business systems, drive implementation of improved processes and tools to better support our growing sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams, and lead the next phase of our data and analytics development.

As the Vice President of Technology, you will manage a strong existing team that supports our 150-person company. You will play a critical role in providing and supporting productive, stable, and secure technology solutions. We recently moved to a new ERP system, Acumatica, and are in the process of selecting a new cloud telephony system for our call center. In addition, you will manage and expand the capabilities of Hubspot CRM, Office 365, PowerBI and Microsoft SQL Server, Asana, and Shopify.

Apply if you have the following:

• Previous hands on experience building and scaling IT organizations
• Leader: internally, able to influence and engage; externally, able to recruit the best talent
• 10+ years experience in enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, IT Operations, and vendor partner management
• 5+ years working in an IT leadership role
• Experience with telephony UCaaS platforms a plus
• 5+ years experience with API based integrations (JSON, Javascript)
• ERP Implementation or Support Experience (Acumatica experience a plus)
