What We Offer:

$500 sign-on bonus ($250 paid at 30 days and $250 paid at 90 days)
$15-17 Hourly
- If you bring your paystub to the interview and we decide to hire you, we will beat your current pay by at least $.50 cents!

What You'll Do:

Guiding Classroom Operations: Support in shaping the overall learning experience of all classrooms and comfortable jumping into any setting to help out.
Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.

What You Bring to the Table:

Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Certification:
- Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.
- CDA or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE is a major plus!
Training Requirements:
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a Background Check.
Shift: Ability to work part time from 9:30am-2:30pm or full time from 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
