Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Berthoud, CO! If you love long weekends and having time to take in all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer, look no further! This opportunity allows you to have 3 day weekends EVERY weekend!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
