We are looking for the right candidate to be our new “Accounts Payable Specialist”. The right candidate must be ready to work in a professional and fun team-oriented environment!

medi offers an onsite environment where employees are part of the team and are given paid training and support from management and peers through live interaction, phone, and/or chat, so you are always supported and supporting others.

We are conveniently located in Whitsett, NC nestled between Greensboro and Burlington, right off of I40/I85. Our facility has over 200 employees onsite including production, distribution, and office staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers the Accounts Payable function which includes:
  1. Assuring proper three-way match of inventory purchases and receipts
  2. Preparing, coding, and entering vendor invoices
  3. Reconciliation and posting of credit card charges
  4. Disbursing funds to payees via check, credit card, ACH, and wire transfer
  5. Settlement of intercompany balances
• Assists with duties related to the monthly Accounting close

Education/Experience/Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in an international business environment is a plus
• Associate’s business-related degree from an accredited two-year college is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (Excel/ Word)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
