• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the facility
• Manage check-in process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and addressing inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

• Experience in customer service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong administrative experience
• Ability to work with customer databases
• US work authorization
