Role Overview: As the Chief AI Officer, you will be pivotal in steering Autoscribe’s artificial intelligence strategy, fostering innovation to maintain and extend our leadership in the payments industry. This role demands a visionary leader who can not only foresee the potential of AI in financial technologies but can also drive the company through the transformation required to achieve these innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to improve processes, products, and services.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend AI vendors, tools, and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in AI development and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence best practices, resources and tools.
• Successful implementation of AI in multiple projects. Demonstrable benefits in operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth highly desired.
• Working toward a higher education degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with senior leadership team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
