Job Description

Ambassador has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Ashburn GA area.
Temp to hire after 90 days with Great Pay and Benefits!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist in daily office needs and managing the client's general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include answering telephone calls, and organizing and scheduling tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Answering the phone
  • Routing calls to the appropriate department
  • Taking payments in-store and over the phone
  • Run payments we have set up for auto-debit
  • Collections on past due payments
  • Processing sale paperwork
