Opportunity to run your own construction project/team!

SJ Pools & Construction, a leader in quality pool and home renovations, is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Lead / Working Site Supervisor to join our growing team based in Brookfield, CT.

As the Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for hands-on interior and exterior residential remodeling, overseeing workers and subcontractors, managing inventory, and ensuring project schedules are met.

Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm, with occasional Saturdays during busy season.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in residential construction / remodeling is desired
Knowledge of all building trades (carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical)
Experience leading a team and overseeing projects from start to finish
Must have a clean appearance and work well with homeowners, designers, architects, and team members
Must have own liability insurance, as you will be paid as a subcontractor

Pay: $35+ / hour, based on experience
