Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential issues
- Document confidential payment information from consumers as well as other personal information such as address and phone
- Communicate sales trends and fresh ideas for improvement to account managers and sales staff in order to increase sales targets
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through a welcoming, warm, and interactive communication
- Schedule and communicate deliveries efficiently in order to exceed customer retainment
- Attend daily meetings in order to advocate new services and sales promotions to potential consumers
- Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
Requirements of an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related field
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
- Proven track record of sales abilities to up-sell products and services to meet customer needs
