4pm-2:30am Mon-Thurs
Responsible for producing high-quality products to customer specifications. Perform duties necessary to ensure that product is to print, with proper identification. Industry experience preferred, but open to entry level CNC with strong work history dates.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Operates computer numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to produce metallic and nonmetallic parts.
- Verifies conformance of finished parts to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
- Properly completes necessary paperwork.
- Responsible for proper material I.D in facility.
- Utilize time efficiently and reduce waste.
- Product handling- protects parts, properly package, transport, and count quantity.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic math skills
- Some CNC machining experience preferred but not required
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Must be able to lift (30) pounds
- Should have good communication skills, able to work in team environment, ability to prioritize, and make good decisions.
