SUMMARY OBJECTIVE


A Machine CNC Operator is responsible for operating and safely controlling various machines and equipment involved to aid in the production process. Responsibilities include performing a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting products and equipment, handling materials, and managing CNC machinery.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Operates CNC machinery and company equipment, after proper training, including proper utilization of power tools and machinery such as surface grinders, saws, and forklifts. 
  • Measures finished parts utilizing precision tools to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  • Responsible for inspecting equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment as well as performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all company safety protocols.
  • Accountable for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area.



Requirements


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Previous working experience with machinery and power tools required 
  • Forklift Operation Certification advantageous
  • CNC Machine Operator experience a plus
  • Manual dexterity. Some heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) is required
