Ideal candidates will have a high school or trade school diploma and a background as a machine operator with 2-5 years of experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings is preferred, along with familiarity with measuring tools like dial calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and protractors.
