CNC Operator (1st and 3rd Shift Openings) Experienced preferred
Pay & Shift Schedule
  • $21 - $26 /hour (based on experience) + 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
    • Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks

About the Role
We're hiring CNC Operators to join our team on 1st and 3rd shift. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of CNC experience who are looking for a stable, full-time schedule.
We're looking for reliable individuals with a consistent work history who take pride in precision work, attention to detail, and producing high-quality parts.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC cutting and grinding machines
  • Read and interpret routing sheets, drawings, and specifications
  • Load parts and adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, depths, pressure, run time)
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauge blocks, etc.)
  • Maintain required tolerances and product quality standards
  • Troubleshoot machining and process issues as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Experience Level
  • Experienced CNC operators with 1-3 years of setup, operation, and troubleshooting experience

  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
