Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Technologist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and possess a strong background in clinical laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, bodily fluids, and tissue samples with precision and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in accordance with established protocols.
• Analyze test results and data, and accurately report findings to healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic testing.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
• Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
