Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Snelling Staffing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing clients in the Denver area. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of both our clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and develop customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Snelling Staffing's services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
