This position is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors, enjoy helping people, and are ready to get their hands dirty to diagnose problems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough inspections and recommend treatment options for various services.

- Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each sale.

- Guarantee customer satisfaction from initial contact through to job completion.

- Participate in training sessions to expand your industry knowledge.

- Adhere to all established rules and regulations.

- Undertake additional tasks as required by management.

**Who We’re Looking For:**

- **Experience & Certification:** Previous experience and Registered Technician Certification are advantageous but not mandatory.

- **Qualities:** We’re seeking a self-motivated, self-starter with excellent customer service skills. A good fit for our team would be someone who enjoys the outdoors, doesn’t mind getting dirty, and is passionate about helping people.

- **Skills:** Proficient computer skills are required.

- **Requirements:** Must be a drug-free individual with a valid North Carolina driver's license and a clean driving record. A background check is mandatory in alignment with our QualityPro commitment.
