London is seeking an experienced HNW Client Service Specialist. This individual will work closely with the firm’s Founder/Lead Portfolio Manager as well as his Executive Assistant and will support and affect a strong internal and external client focus to fulfill various operational and administrative needs relating to the firm’s high net worth accounts. Key criteria for success include a highly energetic personable individual who takes great pride in ensuring positive client experiences through interactions and producing high quality work. The candidate will be a natural problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and thrive on multitasking.
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and support functions for general day-to-day operations while working closely with portfolio manager, account administrators, trading desk, custodians, and brokerage/financial firms
· Act as point of contact person for HNW and legacy clients with exceptional client service
· Handle account agreements and Schwab paperwork/service requests as necessary; facilitate the client onboarding process and communication between the client, advisor and custodian
· Prepare, process, and communicate client cash movement, client gift requests and gift letters, liquidation requests, redemptions and other client account needs while adhering to operational policies and procedures
· Collaborate with internal departments, external custodians, and other service providers to follow up on client requests and complex issues
· Create and execute internal and external client reporting and data needs which may require advanced excel skills. E.g. quarterly and ad-hoc reporting requests as well as client meeting presentations.
· Maintain all pertinent client information and client files in CRM system and document management system
· Manage calendars and schedule client meetings with an understanding of business priorities
· Proactively seek to improve workflows by refining and implementing changes as agreed
· Handle miscellaneous requests
· Assist Operations team as needed with overflow or project assistance

Qualifications, Skills/Experience
· Five+ years of experience working at an registered investment advisor firm with high net worth clients
· Familiarity of full life cycle of the New Account/Existing Account process
· Strong understanding of investment data and investment management industry, with specific expertise in HNW client services. Accounting/estate knowledge will be beneficial.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients as well as
· Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and possess exceptional organization skills to ensure both accurate and timely completion of tasks. The individual must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve problems as well as issues that arise.
· Knowledge and proficiency with Advent APX or other portfolio accounting software as well as Salesforce
· Ability to perform technical, specialized and complex work using independent judgment as well as multi-task efficiently, with a keen sense of attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables & reporting, macros, advanced formulas required)
· Concentration in technology utilization for automating and increasing efficiency
· Experience working with CRM, Salesforce preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
