Functional Description:

• Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
• Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as AP, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), PID, SOW, funding documents, CDRLs, and APBA.
• Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
• Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Required Experience:

Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description

Desired Experience:

• Recent (last 3 years) ACAT acquisition experience supporting DoD programs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro (to build Acquisition, PMR briefs, correspondence, pricing models, etc.).
• Proficient in DoD security standards, particularly security classification markings, dissemination control markings, and distribution statements.
• Proficient recent (last 3 years) experience the Acquisition Management System (AMS) to include Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT), CDRL tool.
• Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Education Requirements:

MA/MS degree from an accredited college

Or

Bachelors plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
