Job Description

Clinical Content Associate
The Clinical Content Associate is responsible for researching, creating, editing, and writing grants in cooperation with the Clinical Content Director. We are a company that specializes in live and digital neuroscience education developed for primary care and specialty healthcare providers.

Clinical Content Associate
This position can be either remote or onsite (in Northern NJ) and would work with our editorial and content development director, conducting literature searches and developing needs assessments for ongoing grant submissions. The clinical content manager will also work with the marketing team on selective editorial needs. Position responsibilities are listed below:

Grants

  • Collaborate in grant submission strategy by matching areas of clinical needs with potential commercial supporters 
  • Develop, update, edit, and review needs assessments, learning objectives, and agendas for accuracy, compliance
  • Assist in the development of educational format/design for grant submissions based on the clinical rationale and needs assessment

Content Development

  • Work with program faculty to develop content for live and enduring activities
  • Participate in content planning calls
  • Manage internal clinical reviews of presentation content for live events
  • Coordinate with CME provider for review and approval of all CME activities
  • Develop enduring components from the live conferences, including monographs, highlights, webcasts, webinars, and patient case activities
  • Identify relevant clinical content for various media platforms and share with the marketing team
  • Write pre-/post-assessments and other survey documents
  • Collect and maintain all documents necessary to ensure compliance with SOPs; may manage freelance writers.

Online/Onsite

  • Manage online/onsite slide content revisions
  • Review final slides and ARS system with audio-visual tech (when applicable)
  • Assist with faculty management during the live meetings

Qualifications

  • PharmD or advanced science degree required
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Zoom meetings, screen sharing, and content recording
  • Experience with PubMed database for citations in biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online publications
  • Knowledge of current Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) rules and regulations

Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience, full benefits package and PTO included.
