DMI is looking for a Technical Writer to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs and instructional materials of company processes and procedures
  • Create detailed Visio process maps to accompany procedural documentation
  • Conduct quality control of produced work by program writers to ensure style guide adherence
  • Manage team of writers, editing team member documentation, and providing feedback and guidance on documentation standards
  • Develop and implement organizational document management standards and activities
  • Knowledge of ISO:20000 and ISO:27001 certification, ITIL Certification
  • Create and maintain quarterly reports and accomplishments
  • Manage system diagram / run book documentation refresh effort and ongoing maintenance

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree

Required Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of project experience
  • 1+ years PM experience with a federal agency or federal contractor
  • 3+ years of Information Technology Experience 

Citizenship Status Required: US Citizenship
