What youll be doing:
Answer phones and greet visitors.
Schedule appointments and maintain electronic calendars.
Write and edit communications such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
Assist with marketing strategies as needed.
- Conducts client and caregiver onboarding, background and documentation as well as regular updating on both per compliance guidelines.
Schedule interviews for potential employees, process applications and check references. Timely copying and filing of appropriate caregivers, new hire and client documentation.
Process new client referrals. Maintain positive relationships with all clients and referral sources.
Ensure regulatory standards and compliance. Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to employees, clients and family members.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, documents, and non-medical Plans of Care.
- Assists with data entry of schedules for billing and payroll.
- Maintains current admission log, emergency contacts and emergency plans, and status updates using corporate software.
Prioritize the workload, shifting priorities to accommodate change and demand.
Respond to on-call evening and weekend demands, as directed.
Schedule personnel for assignment while being aware of the impact of scheduling decisions on the revenues of ComForCare and the clients invoices.
Develop relationships with vendors, business community & referral sources; engage in constructive problem-solving and exploration of new ideas.
Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently, diplomatically both orally and in writing; ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and accurately complete work activities within deadlines while managing interruptions.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Work independently and proactively with minimal direction and/or supervision.
Ability to generate goodwill for ComForCare with clients, their family members and other referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.

What were looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
