Receptionist Office Assistant
- $17 to $19 Hourly
- Full-Time
This Receptionist position will be responsible for greeting customers and employees, answering and directing calls, and assistant with general office duties such as billing, reports, and other various projects.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- Assist with billing and invoices
Work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and hourly wage is $17.00-$19.00 per hour.
