Nanny - Newborn Care Specialist

Part-time live out nanny needed in Oxford, MS. Position starts upon completion of background check, driving check, CPR/ First Aid certification, training, and vaccination check. It has the potential to become full-time employment.

A newborn care specialist nanny is expected to be well versed in childcare duties, as well as newborn care.

The duties associated with this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

• preparing a sleep training schedule
• preparing a feeding schedule
• preparing a diapering schedule
• preparing breast milk and preparing formula
• storing breast milk and formula after feeding
• introducing solids; feeding solids; storing foods
• buckling a car seat, and using with a newborn infant
• using baby carriers for newborn infant
• bathing newborn infant
• creating a routine for early learning and development activities
• creating a routine for newborn and infant language learning
• creating a routine for newborn and infant gross motor skills
• completing light household duties as assigned: washing dishes, bottle washing, wiping down counters and tables, sweeping, and some laundry folding
