Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant with a background in graphic design to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and possess strong design skills to assist in creating visually compelling content. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to execute marketing campaigns, develop promotional materials, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. This position will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with marketing team members to contribute to various design projects, including marketing materials, branding assets, and digital content.
Support the production process by preparing files for print or digital distribution, ensuring accurate specifications and quality standards are met.
Implement feedback and revisions from senior team members to refine and improve design concepts, ensuring project success.
Assist the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for projects.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources for team members.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating events, and collecting advertisement decks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience working in marketing or graphic design roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass a background check.
