About Puffco

Puffco is redefining the cannabis experience through design, technology, and culture. Our products sit at the intersection of innovation and ritual, and our community of creators plays a critical role in how that story is told. We partner with artists, tastemakers, educators, and enthusiasts who share our values and elevate the brand through authentic storytelling.

The Role

Puffco is seeking a Creator Manager to own and grow creator relationships across the Puffco ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day communications, content deliverables, onboarding, performance evaluation, and long-term relationship development within Puffco's creator network.

The Creator Manager serves as the connective tissue between creators and Puffco's brand storytelling - translating campaign objectives into compelling, creator-led content while ensuring consistency, quality, and impact. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends relationship management, operational rigor, and cultural fluency.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creator economy, a sharp eye for aspirational content, and a genuine interest in cannabis culture.

  • Ensure creators are properly briefed, equipped, and activated for maximum campaign impact
  • Track and evaluate creator performance against established KPIs, using platform analytics and CRM data

  • Generate regular reporting on overall creator program health, performance, and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Social, Creative, and Product teams to plan and execute creator-driven initiatives
  • Align creator content with Puffco's brand voice, storytelling, and messaging standards
  • Support product launches, brand moments, and cultural activations through creator partnerships

Talent Development & Network Growth

  • Scout and identify emerging creators who align with Puffco's brand values, aesthetic, and cultural relevance
  • Stay tapped into cultural shifts, platform trends, and evolving creator formats
  • Develop thoughtful integration strategies for bringing new talent into the Puffco ecosystem
  • Contribute to the long-term growth and evolution of Puffco's creator network

Culture & Platform Fluency

  • Stay deeply plugged into cultural moments, emerging creators, and shifts across social platforms
  • Stay current on creator economy trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices across key social channels
  • Bring insights and recommendations to the team to continuously improve creator strategy and performance

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building instincts
  • High taste level and an eye for aspirational, culture-forward content
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, creative environment
  • Interest in cannabis, design, and culture (industry experience a plus, but not required)
