In-Office Fuel Billing Specialist (No Relocation Package)

Summary:
Tri Star Energy is currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and qualified Fuel Billing Specialist to join our Fuel Billing team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN.

The Fuel Billing Specialist is responsible for entering fuel movements into the system on a daily basis and keying daily fuel prices for all suppliers/terminals into the system accurately and timely.  This position transmits fuel invoices billed to A/R customers.

• Keys fuel processing data on a daily basis, verifying pricing and cost data to produce accurate and timely customer invoices and internal inventory transactions.
• Works closely with Wholesale Sales Customer Service to resolve customer disputes in Sales Force.
• Strives to make processes more efficient with Billing team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 2+ years of billing or corporate accounting experience.
• Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a retail environment or within the fuel/petroleum industries.
