Role
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader). In this role, you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll manage preventative maintenance activities, build world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams, and ensure production equipment is in excellent condition. You'll also work with other departments to meet customer deadlines, manage outside contractors, and maintain a positive work environment.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, managing people/projects.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
