Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Pacific Facility Solutions is currently hiring for a full-time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to meet with our Tacoma, WA clients and complete a variety of assigned tasks. This skilled trade position earns $20-$40/hour, depending on experience, and typically works daytime hours, with some night and weekend work assigned as needed. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or construction trades
• Ability to plan and manage your workday, and can work independently
• Physically able to perform job-related tasks
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
• Current driver's license and good driving record required
• Carpentry and woodworking skills a must!
