Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will oversee our service department and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital products or equipment manufacturing industry and proven leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee the service department and support staff.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify service opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in service management.

What You’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in service management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM system.
• Knowledge of authorizations quotes, service call, clients’ complaints, contract negotiation, and standard operational procedures.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
