Job Description

Borton Petrini, LLP, a dynamic statewide A-V rated law firm, has an immediate opening in their Sacramento office for a civil litigation/insurance defense associate attorney.

3+ years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense
Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations
Experience with taking and defending depositions
Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.
Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel
Trial experience is desired

Requirements:

California Bar membership
Civil litigation and insurance defense experience

Extras:

Compensation is commensurate with experience ($90,000-$130,000 Annually)
