You earn $50,000 - $75,000/year, depending on experience. We also provide wonderful benefits, including:

SCHEDULE

Our HVAC Commercial Sales Rep works Monday - Friday with weekends as needed.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in design-build and commercial HVAC and refrigeration sales
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and applications
  • Proven track record of managing commercial sales projects from concept to completion
  • Proficiency in software and tools such as CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

DAY TO DAY

As an HVAC Commercial Sales Rep, your creativity, flexibility, and ability to connect with clients make you a vital member of our team. You work directly with commercial clients to design custom HVAC and refrigeration systems that meet their needs, desires, and budgets. Motivated to meet your sales targets, you research industry trends and make sure your plans incorporate the best practices.

You explain the scope of the project to the client and provide accurate proposals, bids, and estimates. When the client approves the project, you coordinate the design-build process and oversee job execution from beginning to end. By collaborating with internal team members, you make sure we accurately bring our clients' visions to life. You keep in contact with the client throughout the project to answer questions, provide job updates, and offer excellent customer service.
