Our beautiful, loving, and funny pediatric ( TEEN) Delicate clients need a little help. Furthering your education or tired of the constant hustle and bustle of working inside of facilities? Come join the caring team at Delicate Homecare Agency. At Delicate Homecare we pride ourselves in providing unique and quality services to our clients and their families. Let us show you how much we appreciate the care you give. We are seeking qualified, compassionate, and reliable RNs and LPN's for night over nights(10pm-6am) to care for our Delicate Clients in the comfort of their home. We give care throughout Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington Counties.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Is punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shifts
Accountable and responsible for each specific patient assigned while under direct supervision of the supervising RN.
The Delicate RN and Lpns will be knowledgeable of all medications, reactions, and dosage requirements.
Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
Consistently seek educational tools and in-services in order to broaden knowledge base of various age groups, diseases, and best practices.
Provide direct patient care and reports any changes in patient status to the supervising RN to insure patient comfort and safety.
Assist physicians and all healthcare professionals when caring for patient, always giving a complete and thorough report on patient status at end of shift/assignment to supervising RN.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
One year of full-time clinical practice
Proven Pediatric "Hands on Care" experience, i.e. Home Care & Patient Assessment
Excellent communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills
